Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
Processing Time: 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation (time for order processing, packaging, and shipping).
Delivery Time: 3 to 15 calendar days after shipment.
Note: In most cases, orders arrive before this timeframe, but we depend on the efficiency of postal services and customs.
Order Tracking
You will receive the tracking code by email within 5 business days after purchase.
As the shipment is international, tracking updates may take a few days to appear while the package is in transit between countries. This is normal.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Request Period
• You have up to 15 days after the delivery date confirmed by tracking to request a refund, return, or exchange.
2. Conditions for Accepted Returns
A full refund or exchange will be made if the product falls into one of the following situations:
• Item not received: If the order is not delivered within the maximum warranty period (60 days).
• Defective or damaged product: If the item arrives broken or malfunctions.
• Different from description: If the delivered product is visibly different, the wrong color, or a different size than ordered.
3. How does return shipping work?
• Store error or defect: If the product arrived defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or send a new product at no additional cost.
• Change of mind (Regret): If you simply no longer want the product, the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. In this case, the cost of return shipping to our indicated address is the responsibility of the buyer. 4. Refund Process
• Once the product is back in stock and verified, the refund will be processed.
• The amount will be automatically refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card or Pix) within 5 business days.
